Effect of Pro-Hyp on the protein expression levels of Foxo1, Runx2, osterix, Col1α1, osteocalcin and Foxg1 in Foxo1-knockdown cells. Foxo1 was knocked down in MC3T3-E1 cells, which were then cultured with or without 0.1 mM Pro-Hyp for 4 days. After incubation, cell lysates were collected and expression levels of Foxo1, Runx2, osterix, Col1α1, osteocalcin and Foxg1 were analyzed via western blotting.
