NOLC1 knockdown significantly decreased cell viability of A549/MDR cells after multidrug treatments. A549/MDR cells were transfected with siNOLC1 or NC for 48 h after treatment with 5-FU, paclitaxel, mitomycin, vinorelbine tartrate, DDP and gemcitabine hydrochloride.
