Introduction of miR-613 inhibited cell proliferation, arrested cell cycle and induced cell apoptosis in RASFs. RASFs were transfected with miR-613 mimic or miR-NC for 48 h. (a) mRNA level of miR-613 in RASFs was determined by qRT-PCR. (b) Cell proliferation was assessed by BrdU-ELISA assay. (c) Cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry. (d) Cell apoptosis was measured by flow cytometric analysis of cells labeled with Annexin-V/PI double staining. (e) mRNA expression of PCNA, p21, CDK4, cyclin D1 and Bax was determined by Western blot. All data are presented as mean ± SEM, n = 6. #P < 0.05, ##P < 0.01, ###P < 0.001 vs. miR-NC
