MiR-582–3p targeted CCNB2 and suppressed G2/M phase arrest-related molecules. THP-1 cells were transfected with siCCNB2, siNC, miR-582–3p mimics + pcDNA3.1 or miR-582–3p mimics + pcDNA3.1-CCNB2. The protein levels of CDK1, cyclin B1 and P21 were determined using western blot. Data are presented as means ± SD from three independent experiments. ***p < 0.001 vs. siNC; #p < 0.05, ##p < 0.01 vs. miR-582–3p mimics + pcDNA3.1
