Restoration of ING5 expression reversed the effect of miR-376c-3p overexpression on OGD-induced cell injury. PC-12 cells were co-transfected with pcDNA3.1/ING5 vector and miR-376c-3p mimic and then subjected to OGD. (a) The protein expression of ING5 was detected using western blotting. (b) Cell viability was measured using the CCK-8 assay. (c) Cell cycle distribution was analyzed using flow cytometry with PI staining. (d) Cell apoptosis was examined using flow cytometry with Annexin V/PI double staining.
