Restoration of ING5 expression alleviated the effect of miR-376c-3p overexpression on cell cycle arrest- and apoptosis-associated factors. PC-12 cells were co-transfected with pcDNA3.1/ING5 vector and miR-376c-3p mimic and then subjected to OGD. Western blot analysis was performed to measure the protein expressions of CDK4, cyclin D1, Bcl-2 and Bax. GAPDH was used as an internal control
