Ex vivo tissue colocalization studies using fluorescence microscopy. Muscle tissue sections from mouse ischemic hindlimbs at one week after HLi were incubated with 1 µM RAGE-targeted nanoparticles and RAGE antibody conjugated with FITC (a).
