The influence of different actin aggregation states on hASCs migration. a hASCs were plated on a fibronectin-coated 6-well plate. When cells were completely attached to the plate, confluent monolayers were scratched, and images were captured by microscopy at 0 and 24 h after the scratch. Quantification of the wound area at 0 and 24 h was performed using Image J. The wound area was calculated as the percentage of the initial wound area (0 h). b We suspended the cells in complete medium without FBS, added 100 μL of the cell suspension to the Transwell chamber, and then added medium (20% FBS) with different concentrations of JAS to the lower chamber. After 24 h, cells were stained with 0.1% crystal violet, and cell counting was performed using Image J. Results are expressed as mean ± SD; *p < 0.05. Scale bar = 100 µm
