TBHQ attenuates 5-FU-induced intestinal mucositis in mice. A Schedule for the administration of TBHQ on 5-FU-induced intestinal mucositis in mice. TBHQ (10 mg/kg body weight in DMSO, i.p.) or vehicle (DMSO, i.p.) was administered from day 1 to day 8, and 5-FU (50 mg/kg body weight, i.p.) or vehicle (saline, i.p.) was administered from day 1 to day 5.
