RNF7 overexpression reduces apoptosis and enhances glycolysis through the JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway. A–F ACHN cells transduced with RNF7-overexpressing lentivirus or blank lentivirus (vector) were treated with 10 µM AG490. A Cell viability was measured by CCK-8 assay.
