EVA1A attenuates the cancer-promoting effects of miR-103a-3p in HCC cells. Hccl-M3 cells were transfected with miR-103a-3p mimics or co-transfected with miR-103a-3p mimics and Myc-EVA1A plasmid, 24 h later, the migratory capacity was evaluated by wound healing assay (A, B), the invasive ability was detected by transwell matrigel invasion assay (C, D), and the proliferative capacity was analyzed based on colony formation (E, F) and CCK-8 assay (G).
