The expression levels of PDGF-C (a) and PDGF receptor (b) for six different tumor cell lines: HT1080 (fibrosarcoma), HepG2 (hepatocellular carcinoma), HeLa (cervical carcinoma), MCF7 (breast carcinoma), DLD1 (colon carcinoma), and AGS (stomach carcinoma). In each case, total RNA was prepared and subjected to RT-PCR. Glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (G3PDH) was used as a loading control, and the results are representative of three independent experiments
