Platelets in PRP (1 × 105) were pretreated with vehicle (DMSO 0.25%), apyrase (0.5 U/ml) or norpurpureine (Norp) at the indicated concentrations for 10 min before the addition of 10 μM ADP to test their adhesion onto fixed fibrinogen (Fg). The values are the means ± SD (n = 3, done in triplicate) p < 0.01 (**) and p < 0.001 (***) compare to vehicle.
