MiR-320 regulated the expression of Bax, Bcl-2, cleaved caspase-3, cleaved caspase-9, p-ASK1, p-JNK and p-p38 in H9c2 cells after H/R injury by targeting AKIP1. H9c2 cells after H/R injury were transfected with miR-320, miR control, miR-320 and pcDNA3/AKIP1 vector, miR-320 and pcDNA3 control vector, anti-miR-320, anti-miR control, anti-miR-320 and si-AKIP1, anti-miR-320 and siRNA control, respectively; the effects of miR-320 on cell apoptosis-related genes (Bax, Bcl-2, cleaved caspase-3, cleaved caspase-9, p-ASK1, p-JNK and p-p38) were analyzed by Western blot. *P < 0.05
