Relative mRNA expression of the angiogenesis-related factors of cultivated oral mucosal epithelial cells (COMECs) co-cultured with LNCs and 3 T3 cells. The relative genetic expression was investigated by RT-qPCR. β-actin and glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase were used as internal controls. Data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation.
