The outermost circle is the autosomal distribution map. The second and third circles are the distribution of differentially expressed genes on chromosomes. The red lines are upregulated and the green lines are downregulated. The higher the column, the more differentially expressed genes are in the region. The fourth and fifth circles are the distribution of differentially expressed lncRNAs on chromosomes. The expression form is related to the expression of RNA. The internal connection indicates that Top500 co-expresses the corresponding relationship between lncRNAs and mRNAs. Red indicates a positive correlation and blue indicates a negative correlation
