Different actin polymerization states and the maturity of focal adhesions. Western blot analysis was performed to assess the changes in focal adhesion-related proteins of hASCs cultured in medium containing different concentrations of JAS. Samples were collected after 1 week in culture. Quantification of western blot data was performed by Gel-pro software. The relative expression of these proteins was normalized to that of GAPDH.
