lncRNA SNHG12 downregulation repressed proliferation and promoted apoptosis of NSCLC cells. A549 or H1299 cells were transfected with SNHG12 siRNA (si-SNHG12), with NC siRNA (NC siRNA) as the negative control. A lncRNA SNHG12 expression in NSCLC cells was measured via RT-qPCR; B-C cell proliferation was assessed via CCK-8 and colony-formation assays; D apoptosis was assessed via flow cytometry.
