CAA secretome analysis. To identify proteins secreted by control adipocytes and CAAs cocultured with melanoma cells (lines: WM1341D, A375, WM9) present on Transwell inserts, conditioned media were analyzed using cytokines (A) and angiogenesis (B) arrays.
