Global expression profiles (left) and functional classification (right) of 112 and 33 common differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in roots and shoots, respectively, of rapeseed seedlings after 28Ā days of N-, P- and K-deficiency treatments. The expression profiles were obtained based on log ratio (Log2 treatment/control) value. The functional classification was performed by gene ontology. The top three classes with the most genes were marked by pies and subgroups by gene annotations
